Newsletter May 2017

Shalom dear intercessors and friends of Israel,

The month of May was very busy, especially in Jerusalem. The traffic got crazy, but most of the times it happened for a good reason.

On Monday 22nd we received the North American President Donald Trump with honor, on the red carpet, with the Army parade and having many streets blocked in Jerusalem because of his itinerary.

During the reception at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv, the Israeli Government “unconsciously” did a prophetic act when rolling out the red carpet in the shape of the CROSS and positioning our Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, our President Reuven Rivlin and President Donald Trump on the arm of the Cross, declaring who is the True Prince of Peace. It’s only through the CROSS that we conquer PEACE.

As we experienced all of this expectation, preparations, and credit that was given to a man, we wondered at how it will be when our king, the KING OF JERUSALEM, and KING OF KINGS – YESHUA, return in His Glory!

May we be much more prepared and in a great expectation to give him all the Glory that he deserves!!

He will return and reign from Jerusalem, that is why the enemy, through his disciples of Islam desires so much to be on the Temple Mount.

Read Isaiah 14.12-13
"How you are fallen from heaven O Lucifer, son of the morning!
How you are cut down to the ground,You who weakened the nations!
For you have said in your heart: ‘I will ascend into heaven,
 I will exalt my throne above the stars of God;
I will also sit on the mount of the congregation
On the farthest sides of the north;”

Unfortunately, the enemy and his disciples understand more about the importance of Jerusalem than the Church, still believing that everything in the end times will happen only in a heavenly realm, although it is very clear in the Scriptures, that Yeshua will reign on the earth and we will reign with Him.

"On that day his feet shall stand on the Mount of Olives that lies before Jerusalem on the east, and the Mount of Olives shall be split in two from east to west by a very wide valley, so that one half of the Mount shall move northward, and the other half southward. And the LORD will be king over all the earth. On that day the LORD will be one and his name one. Then the LORD will go out and fight against those nations as when he fights on a day of battle."

Zechariah 14:3-4,9

"Blessed and holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection! Over such the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and they will reign with him for a thousand years."

Revelation 20:6

That is why is so important to prepare His way, prepare the people of Israel to declare “Baruch habah b’shem Adonai” (Blessed/welcome is the one who comes in the name of the Lord). He is waiting for that to return!

"“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, but you were not willing! See! Your house is left to you desolate; and assuredly, I say to you, you shall not see Me until the time comes when you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD!’ ”"

Luke 13:34-35

Yom Yerushalaim

The festivities of  Yerushalaim Jubilee were very beautiful.
While UNESCO declares that Jerusalem does not belong to Israel, the municipality also did a prophetic act, decorating the ligthrail (rakevet) with the Israel and Jerusalem flags and with the message: “Jerusalem united, compact” . The trains circulate throughout the city, from the Jewish neighborhoods to Christian and Arab neighborhoods.

"Jerusalem—built as a city that is bound firmly together,"

Psalms 122:3

During all the week of Yom Yerushalaim there were light shows and night parties.

Many marched with Israeli flags on Wednesday 24th, the Jubilee of the Reunification of Jerusalem, also through Arab neighborhoods, fact that never before had been allowed for the polices and local authorities.

Preparing the way for the return of the Lord through the Aliyah

This month we had Marciah Malkah, an intercessor and teacher from Brazil sharing a message at Succat Hallel.

She explained why it is so important to pray for Aliyah.

She also spoke about the “anussim”, the Jews that were forced to convert to Catholicism because of the Inquisition.

"For there is hope for a tree, if it is cut down, that it will sprout again,
And that its tender shoots will not cease. Though its root may grow old in the earth, and its stump may die in the ground, yet at the scent of water it will bud and bring forth branches like a plant."

Job 14:7-9

Let’s pray for the Aliyah of the Sephardic Jews, including the “bnei anussim”.

Prayer Request

Let’s pray for this event, that the young worshipers will be formed, prepared according to His heart and released for His Glory!

"The purpose is to serve and release the next generation of worshippers and prayer warriors in Jerusalem, Israel and the Middle East.  We bring together young Israeli Jews and Arabs so they can form relationships, draw closer to Him, and collaborate in Kingdom work. This love and unity speaks volumes to the culture around them. We love to encourage young song-writers, musicians and leaders. And to help them release new, indigenous sounds of worship in this region of the world.”
