Proclamarei o decreto do SENHOR:
Ele me disse: Tu és meu Filho, eu, hoje, te gerei.

Entrai na posse do reino que vos está preparado desde a fundação do mundo. estava nu, e me vestistes; enfermo, e me visitastes; preso, e fostes ver-me.

Mateus 25:31-46

May 2nd – Yom haatzmaut x UNESCO resolution

On May 2nd when we will be celebrating Yom Haatzmaut, our Independence Day, 69 years of the rebirth of the State of Israel, the nations will be voting over another absurd resolution at UNESCO.

Arab and European nations designed a document that rejects Israeli sovereignty over all Jerusalem. It’s the first time UNESCO has been asked to reject Israeli sovereignty over western Jerusalem.

Besides that, the resolution reaffirms that the Jewish holy sites of the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron and Rachel’s Tomb in Bethlehem are “an integral part of palestine”.

An initial March draft said: “Any action taken by Israel, the occupying power, to impose its laws, jurisdiction, and administration on the city of Jerusalem are illegal and therefore null and void and have no validity whatsoever”.

In the March draft text there is no mention in any language of the two holy sites (Western Wall and Temple Mount). Instead, the resolution reaffirms “the importance of the Old City of Jerusalem and its walls for the three monotheistic religions”.

It does HOWEVER, have a line asking for reaffirmation of past texts referencing the sites only by their Muslims names.

See below the UNESCO graphic with the positions of the nations over the resolution 200, from October 2016, ignoring Israel’s ties to the Temple Mount.

Note that “FOR” means: for the resolution, and against Israel.

Mexico was the only nation that changed its position to “abstained” on a ratification of the text, which took place some days later.

We have heard from our Israeli leadership that this is a time for the nations to realign to God purposes.

We encourage you to pray that your nation will “kiss the Son” and vote accordingly to His will towards Israel. Pray that your nation will be a sheep and not a goat nation.

"Why do the nations rage,And the people plot a vain thing? The kings of the  earth set themselves, And the rulers take counsel together, Against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying, “Let us break Their bonds in pieces And cast away Their cords from us.” He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; The Lord shall hold them in derision. Then He shall speak to them in His wrath, And distress them in His deep displeasure: “Yet I have set My King On My holy hill of Zion.” “I will declare the decree: The LORD has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, Today I have begotten You. Ask of Me, and I will give You The nations for Your inheritance, And the ends of the earth for Your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron; You shall dash them to pieces like a potter’s vessel.’ ” Now therefore, be wise, O kings; Be instructed, you judges of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear, And rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, And you perish in the way, When His wrath is kindled but a little.  Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him."

Psalms 2:1-12

"“When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all theholyangels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides hissheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’ “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You,or thirsty and give Youdrink? When did we see You a stranger and take Youin, or naked and clothe You? Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did itto one of the least of these My brethren, you did itto Me.’ “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’ “Then they also will answerHim,saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’ Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do itto one of the least of these, you did not do itto Me.’"

Pesach Overview

Pesach

On Monday afternoon, April 10th, (14 of Aviv) is Pesach.

"These are the set feasts of Jehovah, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their appointed season. In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at even, is Jehovah’s passover." Leviticus 23:4-5

On the tenth day of Aviv (first month) the lamb was separated: "Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to their fathers’ houses, a lamb for a household:" Exodus 12.3

On the fourteenth day in the afternoon, the LAMB was slain and his BLOOD was placed on the thresholds of our doors.

The last plague came upon Egypt, the DEATH, and seeing the BLOOD on our doors, passed over and didn’t touch our families - the night we were redeemed from the slavery of Egypt.

In the same way that it happened to us as a people, many years ago, that must happen in our lives as individuals.

Since sin entered the world, in the Garden of Eden, we have become slaves of sin and our destiny would be eternal death (spiritual).

But God brought us REDEMPTION through the MESSIAH who came as a LAMB!

On the tenth day He was separated when he entered in Jerusalem on a donkey and was acclaimed by the community as the Son of David.

On the fourteenth day, He was slain, crucified and killed.

If we agree with this covenant, his blood is placed on the door-post of our hearts and we are free from eternal death! HalleluYah!

This may seem too easy for some, mainly Jews who have learned to abide by many rules in order to be approved, but if we look at the Scriptures, since Avraham and also in the time of Moshe and the prophets, it was the FAITH that mattered.

Avraham believed in God’s words, obeyed and all of us have been blessed.
Moshe believed what he heard through the burning bush, obeyed and all of us have been blessed.

Yoshua and Calev believed what they heard, not what they saw, obeyed and all of us have been blessed.

Likewise, the Pesach lamb, YESHUA, chose to obey and die to give us life, because only the sacrifice and the blood of a righteous man could get rid of death and eternal condemnation.

Unfortunately today, Judaism is more based on rabbinical traditions than on the Bible. It’s a Judaism that chose other paths to redemption: good works, religious practices, mysticism, etc; but none of these paths satisfies the principles determined by God, only the BLOOD:
"For the life of the flesh is in the blood; and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that maketh atonement by reason of the life." Leviticus 17.11

Let us pray that during this Pesach, each Jew will realize he lives in a kind of slavery, will feel the need for redemption, receive the revelation of the Messiah and return to the arms of the Father.

It all begins with repentance!!!

"And now, behold, the cry of the children of Israel is come unto me: moreover I have seen the oppression wherewith the Egyptians oppress them." Exodus 3.9

"And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplication; and they shall look unto me whom they have pierced; and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his first-born." Zechariah 12.10

Watch the movie below - it is great for those who've watched it, to watch it again, and for those who have never watched it, being able understand a fully Messianic vision of Passover.

The crucifixion 27.33 Mt-44; MC 15.22-32; LC 23.33-43 They took Jesus therefore: and he went out, bearing the cross for himself, unto the place called The place of a skull, which is called in Hebrew Golgotha: where they crucified him, and with him two others, on either side one, and Jesus in the midst. And Pilate wrote a title also, and put it on the cross. And there was written, JESUS OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JEWS. This title therefore read many of the Jews, for the place where Jesus was crucified was nigh to the city; and it was written in Hebrew, and in Latin, and in Greek. The chief priests of the Jews therefore said to Pilate, Write not, The King of the Jews; but, that he said, I am King of the Jews. Pilate answered, What I have written I have written. The soldiers cast lots The soldiers therefore, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments and made four parts, to every soldier a part; and also the coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout. They said therefore one to another, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my garments among them, And upon my vesture did they cast lots. Sl 22.18   These things therefore the soldiers did. But there were standing by the cross of Jesus his mother, and his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold, thy son! Then saith he to the disciple, Behold, thy mother! And from that hour the disciple took her unto his own home.
The death of Jesus Mt 27.45-56; MC 15.33-41; LC-49 23.44 After this Jesus, knowing that all things are now finished, that the scripture might be accomplished, saith, I thirst. There was set there a vessel full of vinegar: so they put a sponge full of the vinegar upon hyssop, and brought it to his mouth. Sl 69.21  When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up his spirit.  A soldier opens the side of Jesus with a spear The Jews therefore, because it was the Preparation, that the bodies should not remain on the cross upon the sabbath (for the day of that sabbath was a high day ), asked of Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away. The soldiers therefore came, and brake the legs of the first, and of the other that was crucified with him: but when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, they brake not his legs: howbeit one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and straightway there came out blood and water. And he that hath seen hath borne witness, and his witness is true: and he knoweth that he saith true, that ye also may believe. For these things came to pass, that the scripture might be fulfilled, A bone of him shall not be broken.  Ex 12.46; 9.12 nm; SL 34.20  And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom they pierced. Zc 12.10; AP 1.7  The burial of Yeshua  Mt 27.57-61; MC 15.42-47; LC 23.50-56 And after these things Joseph of Arimathæa, being a disciple of Jesus, but secretly for fear of the Jews, asked of Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus: and Pilate gave him leave. He came therefore, and took away his body. And there came also Nicodemus, he who at the first came to him by night, bringing a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about a hundred pounds. So they took the body of Jesus, and bound it in linen cloths with the spices, as the custom of the Jews is to bury. Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden; and in the garden a new tomb wherein was never man yet laid. There then because of the Jews’ Preparation (for the tomb was nigh at hand) they laid Jesus.
John 19:17-42

The resurrection of Jesus Mt 28.1-10; MC 16.1-8; LC 24.1-12 "Now on the first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, while it was yet dark, unto the tomb, and seeth the stone taken away from the tomb. She runneth therefore, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the tomb, and we know not where they have laid him. Peter therefore went forth, and the other disciple, and they went toward the tomb. And they ran both together: and the other disciple outran Peter, and came first to the tomb; and stooping and looking in, he seeth the linen cloths lying; yet entered he not in. Simon Peter therefore also cometh, following him, and entered into the tomb; and he beholdeth the linen cloths lying, and the napkin, that was upon his head, not lying with the linen cloths, but rolled up in a place by itself. Then entered in therefore the other disciple also, who came first to the tomb, and he saw, and believed. For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead. So the disciples went away again unto their own home."
John 20:1-10

Especial de Pessach

Pessach

A crucificação
Mt 27.33-44;Mc 15.22-32;Lc 23.33-43
Sl 69.21 Quando, pois, Yeshua tomou o vinagre, disse: Está consumado! E, inclinando a cabeça, rendeu o espírito.”

Newsletter March 2017

Shalom intercessors and friends of Israel!

PRAYER REQUEST

"But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed."
Isaiah 53:5

Please pray for a secular Israeli Jewish friend who found out he has cancer in his lungs, bones and liver. Let’s declare repentance for salvation and healing. May he know his loving God and his Messiah Yeshua. During the Pessach seder may he remember when the Lord of Hosts by His strong hand brought us out from Egypt, that the BLOOD OF THE LAMB delivered our people from the death. That as a Jewish child, our beloved brother and friend, may be excited to find the true Afikoman (the hidden matza, the unleavened bread) that is Yeshua the Messiah of Israel. He has overcome death, He is the only way, He is the truth and He is life, for He lives before the foundation of the world.

"In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters."Genesis 1:1-2 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. He was in the beginning with God. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it."John 1:1-5

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. And this is the judgment: the light has come into the world, and people loved the darkness rather than the light because their works were evil. For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his works should be exposed. But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God." John 3:16-21

The month of March was full of battles and victories.

Read about what the Lord has ministered us this month and agree in prayer. The prayer of a righteous man is worth much, if it is done based on the Scriptures. The agreement between Israel and Nations in the same spirit will make great achievements on Earth!

PURIM

We celebrated Purim in the presence of God, praying with other intercessors at Succat Hallel.
Among other points, we prayed for the women of this nation to be healed and assume their
role as “Esthers”. Women who know their identity in God, who know the true submission that is weightless, which brings life and honor.
-Pray for the Arab and Bedouin women, repressed in their rights, inserted in a polygamous system (even though this is illegal in Israel today, it is present in Bedouin villages).
-Pray for the Orthodox Jewish women who live in a context of mourning for the Temple that no longer exists. Pray that like Mary, who went to the tomb and was visited by angels, they will also be visited and discover that their Messiah has already come. May they know that they are now the Temple of the Spirit and that Yeshua LIVES! HalleluYAH!
-Pray for the young israeli women that will serve the Army and have sexual relationship before marriage, wounding and tearing their souls. In addition, they get pregnant and the Army sponsors two abortions by young, without parental consent.
-Pray for the secular Jewish women that served the Army and because of other struggles in life became rough women .
Likewise, we prayed that the men will be true "Mordechais", God fearing men who don't bow before "Hamans". They will know in God to place Esther in her position of Queen.

God is perfect in all of His ways. May there be restoration!

PURIM AND ALIYAH

Another very important aspect presented by the Book of Esther is the urgence of Aliyah.
At the time of Esther, the Jewish people had already been released to return to Zion. The Persian King, Cyrus, was the leader used by God, for through a decree in 538 BC, call our people back to our land after 70 years of exile. We can read more about it in the books of Nehemiah and Ezra.

Despite the decree, only 42.000 Jews returned. Many preferred to remain in the Diaspora, perhaps for the convenience and financial situation.

It is then that in Persia this man called Haman, a descendant of Amalek, an anti-Semite who wants to annihilate the Jewish people appears. Thanks to God for the deliverance!

In another time, in the year of 1938, a year before the Nazi invasion in Poland, God used Zeev Jabotinsky, a Jewish writer from Ukraine, to warn our people about an oncoming great danger and the urgent need to return to our land. Some heard the word of the Prophet, but most did not, and for these there was the sad end as we know it.

Read on this link, excerpts from the letter of Jabotinsky:

Similarly today, many are "comfortable" in Diaspora, others already have experienced anti-Semitism, or bankruptcy and returned.

Let us pray for a large wave of Aliyah in our days. That our people may be instructed and awakened before being "captured by hunters":

Jeremiah 16:14-16 "Therefore, behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD, when it shall no longer be said, 'As the LORD lives who brought up the people of Israel out of the land of Egypt,' but 'As the LORD lives who brought up the people of Israel out of the north country and out of all the countries where he had driven them.' For I will bring them back to their own land that I gave to their fathers. "Behold, I am sending for many fishers, declares the LORD, and they shall catch them. And afterward I will send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain and every hill, and out of the clefts of the rocks."

NAOMI, RUTH AND BOAZ

Still speaking of Aliyah, we understand that in addition to the book of Esther, the book of Ruth is also very prophetic in this regard.
Naomi is a Jew who left the land of Israel due to the famine in the land. She became a widow and lost her two sons in the land of Moab.
Ruth is an example of a Gentile who clings to the Jewish people to the point of saying: "But Ruth said, "Do not urge me to leave you or to return from following you. For where you go I will go, and where you lodge I will lodge. Your people shall be my people, and your God my God." Ruth 1:16

Today we pray that the "Ruths" may rise in the Nations and bring the "Naomis" back to Israel, through prayer, minister, acts of love and offerings.
"Thus says the Lord GOD:"Behold, I will lift up my hand to the nations, and raise my signal to the peoples; and they shall bring your sons in their arms, and your daughters shall be carried on their shoulders." Isaiah 49:22

We know however that the battle does not end there. The Jew returns, the "oleh chadash", and needs a lot of support in the land of Israel so that he can be settle down again.
Ruth and Naomi when returned, remained as poor foreigners for a time. They ate the spikes that were falling on the floor at the time of the harvest, as the word says: "And when you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not reap your field right up to its edge, nor shall you gather the gleanings after your harvest. You shall leave them for the poor and for the sojourner: I am the LORD your God." Leviticus 23:22

The story of the family shifted when a man named Boaz agreed to be the redeemer. He married Ruth so Naomi rescued the inheritance of land that belonged to her husband. Boaz could refuse to do that, as well as the nearer redeemer refused, but Boaz chose to embrace, donate, walk another mile, and thus had the honor to be the great grandfather of King David.

Pray that today, in addition to the "Ruths", may the "Boazes" be risen in the land of Israel, to take up the cause of the new immigrants, giving opportunities, teaching, loving, devoting their selves, so Naomi can be settled and not be  uprooted from her land:
"I will plant them on their land, and they shall never again be uprooted out of the land that I have given them,"says the LORD your God." Amos 9:15

BEN HINNOM VALLEY

"The earth is the LORD 's and the fullness thereof, the world and those who dwell therein," Psalms 24:1

Some Kings of Israel, influenced by pagan Nations, descended to the Valley and burned their children in the fire, offering them to Moloch:
"They built the high places of Baal in the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, to offer up their sons and daughters to Molech, though I did not command them, nor did it enter into my mind, that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin." Jeremiah 32:35

This was so abominable to God’s eyes, that he cursed that Valley and this was one of the reasons for the exile.
"and the land became unclean, so that I punished its iniquity, and the land vomited out its inhabitants." Leviticus 18:25

For many years, this valley was a place of garbage and corpses, however, in Jeremiah 31.40 there is a promise: "The whole valley of the dead bodies and the ashes, and all the fields as far as the brook Kidron, to the corner of the Horse Gate toward the east, shall be sacred to the LORD. It shall not be plucked up or overthrown anymore forever."

After this biblical understanding, many worshipers and intercessors have been in that Valley, blowing the shofar, worshiping and making decrees to redeem the land. God has broken the curse and we have seen a nice and green place, where the birds like to inhabit.
We have taken our children to play and declare life where one day death triumphed.

JIJ-JERUSALEM INSTITUTE OF JUSTICE

On March 6th, JIJ’s founding attorney, Calev Myers, met with Chief International Criminal Court Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda in The Hague and presented JIJ’s communication for investigation of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh for war crimes he committed during the 2014 Gaza War. Haniyeh is accused of using Palestinian civilians as human shields, firing rockets from crowded population centers, frequently encouraging civilians to remain in areas that constitute potential attack targets for the IDF and storing rockets in schools and hospitals.

Pray for JIJ’s work and staff.

BRAZIL’S DONATION TO HAMAS

We find on JIJ website an article about the law 12.292 sanctioned by Luis Inacio Lula da Silva in Brazil in 2010. This law authorizes the Government to make million-dollar donations for the reconstruction of Gaza. The problem is that we   know that through UNRWA organization these donations go directly to the hands of the terrorist group Hamas.

Let’s pray asking forgiveness for this Brazilian law and that it may be revoked as soon as possible.
